Verified residentReview source: verified residentWe love living here! On-site management and maintenance are friendly and always extremely helpful. They are constantly working to improve the older parts of the building, and renovating to make it even better! I love that I can feel safe knowing the building is secure, and that I don’t have to worry about my safety when I’m here, or the security of my belongings when I’m away. The location is very convenient with Hy-Vee across the street and multiple other shopping facilities and amenities nearby. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to move to The Columns
