We are looking for a 22-24 month lease to start at this property, option to renew 75 days before you lease is complete.

Walking into the home from the front door are you will find a living room with gas fireplace and sliding door to the patio area. There is a space for a smaller dining room table off the kitchen area along with 1/2 bath and exit to the garage.

Upstairs you have a landing area with laundry space and full bathroom. The primary bedroom has a walk in closet and 2nd bedroom (not shown) is next to that.

As a tenant you are responsible for Gas and Electric only. Water/Sewer/Trash are included in the rent, renters insurance is required.

Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo)

Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit, rental/work history and includes a criminal background check. For full criteria visit our website and click "apply now" on the listed unit.

For all units with forced air heating residents will be enrolled in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program at an additional fee of $15 per month. This program ensures that high-quality HVAC filters are regularly delivered to the doorstep, saving our residents 5-15% on energy bills, offers a clean and healthy living environment, and reduces tenant liability.
