*All pets must be up to date on all vaccinations with papers. *Aggressive *destructive animals are NOT Allowed due to liability reasons.
Please keep barking to a minimum, And you MUST pick up your animals Waste daily.
We keep the lawn mowed but as far as snow removal and you have to shovel it outside your space.
You have full access of the lake, full use of the dock, swimming right from shore, there's a rock wall in the front with stairs in the middle to get to the beach. Children must be supervised by adults at all times. We aim to make it as pleasant and comfortable for everyone living on the property to enjoy the lake.
