This Mulick Park duplex with private driveway has been recently renovated. The rent amount includes water and natural gas, provided by the landlord. The gas boiler for heat provides even, comfortable heating with no noise, and the hot water heater is tankless (never run out of hot water)! Kitchen and both bathrooms were recently renovated with new countertops, sinks, and storage. All three bedrooms have ample closet space and full-size windows for tons of natural light. The attached 2-stall garage is oversized, and includes a washer and gas dryer.
