Colonial style 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house in Grand Rapids.

Projected date for move-in is January 1st, but that could change depending on inspection. This is a factor beyond my control.
My family is moving closer to our children’s school, which leaves our former family home available for rent. Cooper is a short, quiet side street close to MLK Park, Hall Street Bakery, and not far from Boston Square. Walkable and bike-able.
Home itself is great. It's well insulated with replacement windows and lots of attic insulation. Central air and furnace are 3 and 6 years old, respectively. Water heater is also new, as are washer and dryer as of 2020. Kitchen has stainless Bosch dishwasher which is brand new as of this Fall, and the rest of the appliance suite is also newer. Butcher block looks nice with the two tone color palate. The lower level features laundry and a finished bonus play / tv / family room. Upstairs is the full bath plus three nice sized rooms. The master bedroom has a door to balcony overlooking the back yard. Yard features quite a few perennials and native plants. Fully fenced yard.
Amenities included: balcony, central air, central heat, deck, dishwasher, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliance, updated kitchen, updated bathroom, storage, laundry in building, yard, and front porch. Utilities included: water.

Tenant is responsible for all lawn care as well as snow removal. I pay for water- other utilities are paid by tenant. Home is not furnished. Pictures show former contents of the home - our personal items.
