Verified residentReview source: verified residentThe gym is only accessible during work hours. There are 2 pools on the premises which would be ideal it the second pool was actually up and running so the inconvenience of having to drive my children to the pool to find no parking. To add to the pool the at the leasing office is much smaller than the pool that has never been opened. Parking. There should be assigned parking and visitors parking should be on the side of the building. As a resident I should not have to park my car at the side and have to walk 3 minutes to my apartment when visitors are taking up the parking in front of the building. Maintenance does a half job on everything or won’t do anything at all but say the job is complete. No storage. Leasing office very unprofessional does not communicate and if they need to they will ignore the fact you prefer emails and continue to call. Puts extra charges on rent with no explanation. My list goes on
