Owner-occupied, year-round rental available in a 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath ranch that includes utilities, with the owner residing part time in a separate lower-level unit. The home features a main-floor stackable washer and dryer, two Mitsubishi mini-split heating and cooling units located in the living/dining area and primary bedroom, and garage space available for tenant storage. The fireplace is not for tenant use. The owner is responsible for electricity and gas, while the tenant is responsible for cable, Wi-Fi, trash removal, snow and ice removal, and all yard maintenance, including spring and fall leaf cleanup. This is a year-round lease only; short-term rentals are not permitted. Absolutely no smoking or cultivating of any kind is allowed, and no pets or pet sitting are permitted. Applicants must have good credit, strong references, and no criminal or eviction history. First month's rent, last month's rent, and a security deposit--each equal to one month's rent--are due at lease signing. The apartment advertised may no longer be available for rental.
