We have a one-bedroom apartment available for rent in Westwego in a quiet area. Features include refrigerator, range, PTAC unit, washer and dryer on site, all tile, ceiling fans, and ample off-street parking. Unit will be ready for occupancy by 3/19/21.

The Property is located near the Huey P. Long bridge near Bridge City between Avondale and Westwego. The property is about a 15-minute drive to downtown New Orleans, about a 7-minute drive to Elmwood shopping and entertainment, near the TPC golf course, and located close to several strip and retail centers, such as food and automotive centers, off of the Westbank Expressway.

Flexible lease options available. Prospective tenants must complete and pay a small fee for a short application and a customary credit and background check. The full lease will be provided to you for your review before you sign.

Tenant pays electric. Landlord pays utilities, trash, pest control, and gas. Deposit is $500.

No smoking. Small pets allowed with a non-refundable $300 pet deposit.
