Regarding Deposit of $2500.00:
$300.00 of this amount is non-refundable.
Refundable deposit is $2200.00 Regarding tenant damage: If it is not considered normal wear and tear, it will be deducted from this amount (see attorney general guidelines for what is considered "normal wear and tear"). Property must be cleaned to the level you receive it in. Carpet cleaning automatically deducted.

Owners will accept up to two pets but no large dogs please. All of our properties accept Service/ESA animals. No fees or extra rent will be charged for legitimate Service/ESA animals. Online certifications are not accepted.
