About the space: It’s freshly renovated, has a huge basement for storage, and the home is in a great Boise location.

Application fee is $55 per person and includes background check, work history, rental history, credit check, etc. We’ll be looking for at least 2.5x rent to income ratio, and 650+ credit score..
