Upon credit/background check, verification with employment & previous landlords and application approval, $250 move-in fee per lease, first month's rent of $1,300 and a security deposit in the amount of one month's rent $1,300 = total of $2,850 due upon signing of lease. Applicant to verify school districts - Renters Insurance required - Pets are all owed on a case by case basis - please provide pet information when applying. $500 non-refundable pet fee - Tenant responsible for all utilities, pest control and lawn care.
