The entire home is completely furnished with all furniture, appliances, linens, and kitchenware. Upon entering the home you will find a spacious living room equipped with a standard sized sofa, coffee table and 43-inch television. The open floor plan allows you to look into the dining and kitchen area where you will find a table fit to seat 5 people. The full kitchen includes a stainless steel refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher; appliances include a keurig coffee maker and microwave along with a full set of flatware, pots/pans, glasses, cups, and baking dishes. The laundry room is immediately off from the kitchen which includes two long racks for storing detergent and hanging garments. It also contains an iron, ironing board, and full size washer/dryer.

The rest of the house includes 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms with one bedroom serving as a master and one as a bedroom and office space. The master bedroom has one queen size bed with a night stand, floor lamp, alarm clock, television, and gray scheme bath ensuite. The second bedroom has a full size bed, night stand, alarm clock and television. The third bedroom/office space includes a twin size bed and desk with an office chair. The second and third bedroom in this home share a bathroom space which include a shower/bath, sink, and hook for hanging garments.
