Avondale Place

Moved into a Renovated unit but the until was over poorly covered patches. Ceiling started falling in kitchen and mx came and patched it with spray real quick and never returned to finish the repair. All cable outlets were covered. Patio door is off track so flying bugs especially gnats are coming into my apartment. The living room floor is peeling since first day. Nice fixtures but shower and tub accessories are the old pieces. Bathtub constantly clogging because of paint from tub is going into the drain. My kitchen pantry doors are complete mismatch. My front door needs weathering strips because there is space around the entire door so my ac is constantly running due to the front and backdoor.
