My family of three lived on the 4th floor of our apartment building. Our elevator did not work for 3 weeks out of the first month we lived there. Our neighbors across the hall had two loud dogs that barked at all hours of the day and night yet our downstairs neighbor complained about our toddler walking too loudly above her even before 7pm. We eventually left because management was going to try to terminate our lease due to non-compliance for noise when in reality, everyone around us was much louder at all hours of the day and night. We terminated our lease and the fees were absolutely ridiculous. Grand Cypress is a joke. The staff changed several times in the 6 months we lived there. None of the people we worked with when we signed the lease we even there at the end, which is a terrible sign for a company. We would never lease property at another location owned by this company.
