Rental is available as of Sept. 9, 2019. The owners are seniors and are looking for same or mature couple (2 people max.) without children or pets for their non-smoking home.
The home has a separate section for the owners in the rear of the home. The kitchen will be shared by both families which is reflected in the lower rent.
Tenants will have a private front-of-the-house access to a screened entryway to their front section of the home which includes: one bedroom, a second room that has been used as an office/den room, a recently renovated bathroom with a shower, dining room, and a large living room. There is a laundry room in the garage which will be shared by both families.
The 2-car garage is currently used by the owners for their car and storage and is not included with this rental. Parking for tenants is in front of the garage.
Access is not included to the owners rear living areas or garage [other than for washer and dryer and recyclables].
This home is partially furnished with some Chinese style furniture consisting of a Chinese style dining table, display cabinet and couch in the living room, if the tenant wants it to remain. The both bedrooms have no furniture.
Comcast Internet access is shared via owner's WiFi along with access to Netflix. Central air and heat, electric, water, garbage and trash is included in the rent.
The kitchen is functional and has most of the normal appliances you will find in the average home. The well supplied updated kitchen features a built in microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, range oven and an assortment of pots/pans, cooking utensils and dishes. A small charcoal grill for outside uses.
