Home is less than 1-mile to shopping and restaurants. The Amenities of Rosedale Country Club are not included with the home rent, you will need to go through Rosedale membership. Allowable pets are limited to one small dog, a non-refundable pet fee will be charged. THIS IS A PET FREE PROPERTY.
