“My daughter and I have lived here going in 6 years. I was welcomed by Medy, which by the way is a superior employee. I would most certainly consider her for promotion. Maintenance has been overall good with the exception of the leak I had before changing units. I honestly believe the job was beyond maintenance capabilities. I was satisfied with the end result and now reside in a unit I’m very please with. I wouldn’t doubt I did 10 years here. The pool needing tlc and I see it finally getting some attention. I’m very pleased with the new fresh paint, but the breezeway stains are bad even after a regular pressure wash. I feel good here and safe. Overall a 4.5 star. I’d give it a 5 for clean sidewalks and breezeways. In conclusion, very happy living within this community.”
“I have lived in many apartments. Azalea, by far, is the best place I've lived in so far. The amount of space I have along with an office is great. Location and pricing is great for the value. I never hear anyone else and the maintenance staff is prompt and super nice.”
