To enter the community, you must go to the main gate and enter the gate code. GPS gives directions to the back gate and you cannot enter the property from that entrance.
Follow these instructions:
Main Gate is located off of Robyn Ln. From Hwy 27, turn on Kokomo. Go several miles, follow around to turn left on Arrowhead Lane, (you will see a big Arrowhead Estates Sign, continue on Arrowhead, which will dead end into Fairway Dr, go to the stop sign and turn right on Fairway Dr and left on Robyn Ln. Follow around to main gate entrance, enter gate code and follow Robyn Lane, then left on Nottingham Way, follow to 20 Nottingham Way. House will be on the right.

The owner takes care of the lawn and watering and also maintains a home warranty to cover any repairs. The tenant will be responsible for paying the electric bill as well as internet and cable TV services.
