The lease is yearly and can be renewed if the home is kept up to the owner's standards.

The home has a spacious family room overlooks the pool through large triple-opening patio doors that lead out to the large lanai and fully screened in pool.

2 master bedrooms both can fit a king size bed. Both masters have en-suite bathrooms each with shower cubicles, bathtub, his & hers vanity units and a closet. One of the master bedrooms has its own balcony overlooking the lake (wonderful for that morning coffee or that night-cap, and so peaceful).

The other master bedroom has its own direct access to the pool. There are 3 more bedrooms, two of these have are large enough for a pair of twin beds in each (and share a full bathroom), the third bedroom is large enough for a full/queen size bed and has its own full bathroom. Open kitchen with breakfast nook and breakfast bar and formal dining room. South-West facing pool with good sized pool deck and covered lanai.

Available to view after the end of February 2019, Qualified applicants, your recent credit score isn't as important as your stable employment with clean background. If your credit score is below 650 we do require the last months rent up front. Household net income must be at least 3 times the rent.

All adults over the age of 18 must fill out an application. House is rented UNFURNISHED. Pool service is included but you are responsible for keeping pool deck clean and brushing the pool walls and floor as needed.

Lawn service is included. There is no pool heater. Pest control is included once a quarter. Pets are allowed 2 max under 40 pounds pet fee is $250 nonrefundable per pet (Breed restrictions). The application fee is nonrefundable $65 per person over the age of 18 that will be living in the house.
