Verified residentReview source: verified residentWell beware of hidden cost, moving here nobody tells you theres a $45.00 service hook up for your electric also a $250.00 deposit for electric. And then theres a seperate billing for water and garbage and i can't tell you how much because they are a month behind in billing. The BBQ's are like a blow torch.
