APPLICATION CRITERIA & PROCESS:

-No evictions or eviction filings within the last 7 years regardless of status (dismissed, discharged, etc.).

-No outstanding landlord debt.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

--If there is a washer/dryer in the property it will not be repaired or replaced.

--If there is an HOA, there might be decal/fob fees that tenant pays.

--As a condition of our lease, and during its duration, we require all tenants to carry property liability insurance ($100,000) for damages caused to the property resulting from the tenant’s action or inaction.
