Quiet neighborhood. Just 15 miles to town. It is an old mobile home but still livable. It is a room and not the whole mobile home. An application and background check a must.

First month $450 and security deposit $250 a must w/ lease. I can do a 6 month or 1 year lease. Pets maybe allowed depending on criteria such as size and temperament. If a pet is accepted, it will be $550 a month with a $500 security deposit.

No smoking allowed inside home. Out of state applicants may not be considered. An interview face to face is required.

You will share a refrigerator, but you have your own pantry. You have access to a kitchen and dining room. Internet is not unlimited.

Your room is your private area. Your door has a lock, and you will be giving a key. You are required to keep it locked unless you are present. You are not allowed to change the lock. If you, do it's a breach in lease.

This room is only for one (1) occupancy so no couples.
