Management is very friendly they care about you very clean everyone is friendly and helpful apartments are clean and quiet tenants

Management is unnecessarily nasty, such as threats to everyone to take down decorations or they’ll add $100 fee. They split the water and sewer bills among everyone (which is now illegal by CT law) which raises the cost considerably each month. Windows are old and poorly insulated. Apartment is dark. Like that they are pet friendly though and you can get to a lot of places quickly
