An extra bonus, if you own horses the apartment is located on a boarding facility, so arrangements can be made for you to keep your horses onsite. Boarding fees to be negotiated if necessary.

Maximum 2 pets allowed with a $300 pet deposit. $25 application fee for each adult living on premises.
