Walton House was originally built in 1915, but has been recently updated to provide modern conveniences while still keeping all of its Victorian era charm. The two-bedroom, one-bath home features a white picket fence and brick steps to the front of the house, where a large living room and dining room with ocean views are the perfect places to gather around the Carmel stone gas fireplace to read, play games or watch the 42-inch HDTV. A modern heating and cooling system was recently installed, keeping the interior temperature just right no matter the weather.
