We are looking for a single person who works FULL TIME outside of the home. This is a spacious and quiet home in Palmdale, CA. Military preferred but NOT a must. Located 1.4 miles south of the Antelope Valley Mall, 1.5 mi. from 14 Fwy, and 1 mile away from Palmdale Regional Medical Center. The home is located in the far end of a quiet cul-de-sac with driveway access. The room has a shared bath. Renting this room also provides you full kitchen access, 2 living rooms with fireplaces, full backyard, central air, washer & dryer usage, free wifi, Roku, utilities included (except cable TV and your 1/3rd portion of electricity & gas). Must be drug free and No smoking of ANY kind allowed. Must have a clean record. Must clean up after yourself and be respectful by keeping the common areas clean. No cats/dogs of any kind. No parties or sleep overs allowed. Will need $750 deposit and 1st month rent to move in. Will need to pay the background check and credit history report via Avail.com (approx $55).
