Looking for someone to rent the entire house by themselves (single person, couple or family) or three tenants to share a single family home with me (Bedroom 2 and 3 are spaces that would be taken by me if shared). The house is currently unoccupied and is empty of all house furnishings including washer/dryer that are shown in the pictures.

Master Bedroom Tenant: Master bedroom is about 219 sq ft with a large spacious closet (50 sq ft) that includes adequate shelving. The master bath (95 sq ft) includes toilet, 2 bowl sink, stand in shower and soaking tub. This tenant will have one of the two garage spaces for his/her vehicle. The Great room will be the primary living room for this tenant. Rent is $925 (utilities not included).

Bedroom 4 Tenant: Bedroom 4 is about 247 sq ft and with two closets (20 sq ft and 15 sq ft) and a private bathroom (42 sq ft). This tenant will have one of the two garage spaces for his/her vehicle. The Loft area will be the primary living room for this tenant. Rent is $895 (utilities not included).

Bedroom 5 Tenant: Bedroom 5 is about 221 sq ft and with one closet (28 sq ft) and a private bathroom (46 sq ft). This tenant will park in an assigned space in the driveway for his/her vehicle. The Media Room will be the primary living room for this tenant. Rent is $780 (utilities not included).

Shared spaces include Laundry, stair closet, powder room, foyer closet, foyer, dining room, kitchen, pantry, and backyard that includes porch (will be enclosed in the future). The average cost of utilities (not included in rent) per person with a household of 4 is about $137.00 (includes electric, gas, water, internet, basic cable tv, and bi-weekly cleaning fee. Bedrooms will include keyed locks if shared (normally bed/bath locks if not). Common area shelving space will be equally divided and this includes laundry, stair closet, foyer closet, pantry, kitchen cabinets & drawers and refrigerator/freezer. A second refrigerator/freezer is planned to be purchased (if shared).

Interior pictures of bedrooms & their respective closets & bathrooms as well as garage interior and pantry coming. I have more than doubled the shelf space the builder provided.

PLEASE MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO SEE THE ROOM FIRST. AFTER VIEWING THE ROOM THEN CONSIDER FILLING OUT THE $55 APPLICATION MOVE IN FEE (If you are accepted, I will split the application fee with you by taking $27.50 off the first month's rent). This application fee covers the Nationwide criminal background checks, comprehensive eviction report and the full credit report & score. NOTE: Once you complete a renter profile, and pay for the credit check, and background screening (evictions and criminal), you can share those with other prospective landlords even if they do not use Avail currently. This can save you additional application fees and allow you to avoid inquiries on your credit report that could negatively impact your credit score. IF you have paid for these three reports elsewhere other than AVAIL, provide to me the link to this application and the reports associated with it.

Some general minimum qualifications are:

• No aggravated felonies in criminal history
• No recent evictions
• No judgements or outstanding balance due to a previous landlord
• No open bankruptcy
• credit score of at least 600.
