The Loft area will be the primary living room for this tenant. Rent is $800 (utilities not included). Bedroom 5 Tenant: Bedroom 5 is about 221 sq ft and with one closet (28 sq ft) and a private bathroom (46 sq ft). This tenant will park in an assigned space in the driveway for his/her vehicle. The Media Room will be the primary living room for this tenant. Rent is $695 (utilities not included). Shared spaces include Laundry, stair closet, powder room, foyer closet, foyer, dining room, kitchen, pantry, and backyard that includes porch (will be enclosed in the future).
