This is two bedroom, two bathroom, 1255 square foot home. From the covered front porch, the entrance welcomes guests into the open concept kitchen and dining room. The kitchen features a large center island and two pantries. The laundry room is located at the front of the home off the kitchen. The dining room flows into the spacious living room that features large windows and access to the backyard. The primary suite rests on the back of the home and features a large bedroom and en suite bathroom with a large walk-in closet. There is also a second bedroom and bathroom on the front of the home.

**At PL Management Company, we strive to provide an experience that is cost-effective and convenient. That's why we provide a Resident Benefits Package (RBP) to address common headaches for our residents and provide must-have services for our renters. In addition to the monthly rent, we provide, pest control, air filter delivery, utility setup assistance, credit building and more at a rate of $40.00/month, required with the rental. Residents have the option to personalize some components during onboarding, which may increase or decrease the monthly amount. In addition to RBP, we provide access to liability insurance that meets your needs. More details upon application.
