Verified residentReview source: verified residentIf you’re paying that much for rent , I would have just expected nicer units . I know the turnaround time for a unit to be prepared is quick and a week , depending . I just don’t believe in bandaging or covering things up instead of fixing them to a better standard. It comes down to the details and finishes. They are very sloppy and it’s sad to see this in the area especially at the going rates . This is the only thing stopping me from applying for the unit I was shown on my tour date. Management and staff was extremely kind and helpful in answering all my questions so that was a great positive. Just the unit itself was lacking .
