o Once you are on the rental details page, click on the blue link that states “Apply for this Property”. This will take you to the online rental application.

o Everyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the home will need to fill out separate applications.
o Each applicant must have a unique email address.

AFTER YOU FILL OUT THE APPLICATION:
Be on the lookout for an email from SmartMove, our screening provider. (Please make sure to check your spam or junk inbox if you do not see it in your general emails.
Click the link in the SmartMove email to authorize your credit and criminal reports. We will not be able to process your application without finishing this step. If you have any issues completing this portion, contact SmartMove customer service.
Once these steps are completed your reports will be sent to us for review. We will contact you with your result ands to set up a personal tour of our home should you qualify.
