Charming 1 Bedroom, 1 bathroom Bunk house on a shared lot. The Bunk house does not include any laundry services. There is no fenced yard and is on a very busy Highway. There are also wild animals so pets would need to be carefully watched when outside. This is pet negotiable, but please keep in mind of the busy Highway and would require all pet deposits and pet rents. This is located about 3 miles outside of Pullman on Highway 194 going toward Boyer Park. This is on a shared well and septic system. The tenants will pay all other utilities, lawn maintenance and snow removal. The owners will need access to the 2 acres since they do own cattle and need to care for them year round. Tenant's will not have access to the 2 acres due to the cattle. Sorry no smoking.
