This is a unique two properties on the same lot. Main house has 3 Bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a downstairs bonus room. The inside has been updated and still has the original cabinets in the kitchen. This farm style home sits on 2 acres. There is a 2 car garage with the Main house. Main house does have washer/dryer hookups, but the Bunk house does not include any laundry services. Fruit Tree and plenty of yard space for a garden. Owner must approve of garden placement. There is no fenced yard and is on a very busy Highway. There are also wild animals so pets would need to be carefully watched when outside. This is pet negotiable, but please keep in mind of the busy Highway and would require all pet deposits and pet rents.
