Verified residentReview source: verified residentI reported my AC not working the day I moved in (May 6). As of June 5th it had not been repaired and there is no ETA for repairs. I have portable units in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Those rooms are very cold while the rest of the house runs about 80-90 degrees everyday. I haven’t been offered any discount for the troubles. Emailed corporate and left voicemails but have not heard back from them. The apartment itself is very nice, neighborhood is quiet. I was very excited about moving into this place until this happened. Not only is the apartment temperature an issue but the portable units are ruining my electric bill high, they are noisy and taking up space that I need in the bedroom.
