Verified residentReview source: verified residentGood location. Quality needs improvement. Pool is not maintained and rarely open. Grounds and trash areas are not maintained. Hot tub has been broken for 9 months. Continuous changes in management and staff. Office is rarely open. Poor billing. Residents pay for trash removal to include all apartment appliances from the maintenence team, trash from neighboring communities, and trash from random vehicles coming in specifically to dump truckloads of trash. Dumpsters are dug through by Residents and non-residents. No outgoing mail an continuous broken mailboxes due to vandalism. Cops and other emergency responders are here at least once a week. No air conditioning. Very overpriced.
