Was told I would get and upgrade remodeled apartment, had to wait an additional 2-3 weeks to move in past my initial move in date due to cabinets not being in. But I was okay with it because I was under the assumption the whole apartment was being remodeled, boy was I wrong! This has been the worst apartment I have ever seen in ALL OF MY LIFE! Sprinklers covered in filth, cobwebs and dust painted over, dirty windows and sliding glass door. Some of the cabinets literally and I mean literally could not be opened in the kitchen due to being hung wrong or to close to the wall. Paint all over the floor and appliances. I was told I couldn't get out of the lease whe I said this was unacceptable, they felt they could just get iny apt once I move and and fix all the stuff. I said y'all couldn't do it right the first time and it was simple stuff. I opted to buy out of my lease because I did not feel safe there after all that mess. Fortunately I didn't even move in so technically I only had a lease for a few days.
Good location. Quality needs improvement. Pool is not maintained and rarely open. Grounds and trash areas are not maintained. Hot tub has been broken for 9 months. Continuous changes in management and staff. Office is rarely open. Poor billing. Residents pay for trash removal to include all apartment appliances from the maintenence team, trash from neighboring communities, and trash from random vehicles coming in specifically to dump truckloads of trash. Dumpsters are dug through by Residents and non-residents. No outgoing mail an continuous broken mailboxes due to vandalism. Cops and other emergency responders are here at least once a week. No air conditioning. Very overpriced.
