There is off street parking in the back. This building was the original Kelso Maytag appliance store which has since been remodeled. We did keep the original hardwood floors which are about 100 years old. The floors will never look new, and we believe the character of the floor captures the history of the building. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet. The apartment, and one next to it are located above a quilting store which obviously does not have the kind of traffic and noise that may be attributed to renting above a commercial space. We think you will really appreciate this special apartment.

We offer an easy-to-use tenant portal where you can do things like making electronic payments, checking your balance, viewing your lease and other documents, and for making and tracking maintenance requests.

Terms:
Rent is $1300.00 per month with a signed 12-month lease, which converts to month-to-month after one year.

The security deposit is $1300.00 and is fully refundable.
