Adorable and well maintained 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom house located in Big Lake. This house has a covered front porch and nice size entry. The main living space is all open with a large living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen has ample cabinet space, pantry, oven, and fridge. Off the living room area is an additional room that can be used as a sitting room, office, storage, etc. The bathroom is quite large and also has a washer and dryer. The bedroom is on the back of the house and has an amazing view of Big Lake and a door that takes you out onto the back deck. Enjoy the large lawn area and fruit trees. This house is on septic and has a monthly fee of $40.00, $75.00 utility fee. One cat and/or one small dog (under 20 pounds) may be considered, must be screened using our 3rd party pet screening and an extra deposit will be required.

MOVE-IN COSTS: A reservation fee equal to 25% of one-month rent is required to take the property off the market. This will be applied to your security deposit or rent at lease signing. We collect a full month's rent upon possession and will pro-rate the second month. The full Security deposit is required at move-in. The base Security deposit is equal to one month's rent and can be more if approved with a pet and/or an Adverse approval.
