-No applicant may have any felonies for violent crime within the past 7 years.
-No applicant may have any other criminal convictions in the last two years.
-Applicants’ combined, verifiable income must meet or exceed 3X the rental price.
-Each applicant must present previous rental history and contact info, granting permission for the contacting and questioning regarding their tenancy, of at least the last two previous landlords and the last 5 years of rental history.
-No water beds allowed.
-No aquariums.
-Move-in fee ($300) is non-refundable
-Renter's insurance required upon move-in, and proof must be provided upon request
