This 800 sq ft one bedroom / one bath apartment with separate entrance is undergoing a beauty treatment with gray carpet and gray paint. The kitchen is bright and airy with a window and French doors. The bedroom has a sliding glass door.
The first and second floors of the farm house as a vacation rental, mostly to wedding and winery guests.

The farm has 26 acres. It may be possible to have horses or other livestock with additional rent (to be discussed). The 12-stall center aisle barn with storage is in fine condition. However, the farm facilities require SUBSTANTIAL WORK, including fencing and underground water system. The tenant would have to do the work themselves (to be paid) or pay advance farm rent up front.
* Laundry shared with upstairs (mudroom has outside entrance).
* Can be partially furnished.
* Cats ok and dogs may be ok (dominant breeds unlikely)
