I live here full-time and travel for work roughly one week each month. My older son is away at college most of the year and mainly home on breaks. My younger son will be leaving for college in mid-August and is here on alternating weeks until then. Day to day, the home is quiet, orderly, and oriented around school, work, and normal routines rather than late-night traffic or social turnover.
RENT & LEASE STRUCTURE
- The basement is leased as one furnished suite, not as separate room-by-room rentals. A single strong occupant may also be considered, but the suite is priced primarily as a full 2-bedroom rental.
Standard Longer-Term Suite Rent:
- $2,200/month total for the full 2-bedroom basement suite
