You can park your car at the house and walk to campus; closer than most of the parking lots, no parking pass to pay for, no fighting over a good spot. Five hundred yards in the other direction and you are on Main Street in downtown Blacksburg.
There are two bedrooms located on the second floor that share a full bath and a third bedroom and full bath in the converted basement. The main floor has a full size kitchen, dining room, and living room as well as a small study/office. A washer and dryer are included.
There is a large deck off the back of the house and a large shaded yard perfect for a cookout or relaxing after a hard day. This house is located in a quite, private neighborhood. You can park in the included detached, one car garage or use it to store your bicycles or other items.
All utilities are paid by the property manager to include heating oil, yard maintenance, electric, water/sewer/trash. Tenant will be responsible for cable/internet connection.
