No pets allowed per HOA, except for ADA accommodations.

Deposit: one month's rent + $1500 damage/cleaning/transfer (All refundable except $600 non-refundable cleaning and move-in/transfer fee).

Landlord covers HOA, snow removal, trash, internet and cable- Tenant covers electricity/gas/water. Landlord/Tenant to agree on the final list of inclusions upon signing of lease agreement. Tenant must abide by HOA rules.

Per HOA, pets are not allowed, except service animals. Also, no smoking, and no short term/nightly rentals or subletting.
