The primary bedroom has its own door to the deck, a fireplace, a large ensuite bathroom with a separate shower/tub, dual sinks, and a walk-in closet. The kitchen features granite countertops, custom wood cabinetry, a large island with barstool seating, an AGA (Swedish oven/cooker), a 5-burner gas cooktop, two sinks, a walk-in pantry, and a lovely dining room with views. The second floor is carpeted and includes 2 additional bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Enjoy the expansive views and sunsets from the large deck and mature landscaping throughout the property. Local wildlife is also known to make frequent visits. A well-behaved pet is negotiable with owner approval and a $500 pet deposit. No smoking. First and last month's rent, as well as a $3,500 security deposit, are required prior to moving in. Available from November 15, 2025 - April 30, 2026 only. UTILITIES: As part of the rental obligations, the resident will be responsible to pay: electricity, gas, phone (optional), internet, and satellite or cable TV. Residents are also responsible for maintaining the water softener salt level, responsible for all snow removal and maintaining the lawn/yard. The resident is required to have an active Renter's Insurance Policy during the duration of the lease. NEIGHBORHOOD: The quiet high country town of Kamas has a ranch mentality and is just 14 miles east of Park City. Considered the gateway to the Uinta Mountains, Kamas is the place to enjoy a laid-back and serene slice of winter with outdoor activities such as snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and snowmobiling just outside your backdoor. APPLICATION: The application fee is $75. Each adult tenant must complete and submit an application. Application fees are nonrefundable.
