Resident to cover all utilities:

Resident is responsible for all yard maintenance.

Application fee is $40 per person over 18 years of age. This is a non-smoking property. We are offering a 12-24 month lease agreement. No more than 3 unrelated parties per occupancy rules.

Must provide proof of income at or over 3x the monthly rent amount

We allow cats and dogs with breed and weight restrictions. Cat's MUST be litter box trained. Maximum 2 animals per unit. Monthly animal rent is $50 per animal. Animal deposit is $350 ($200 non-refundable) for one pet and $500 ($300 non-refundable) for 2 animals.

Breed Restrictions will apply- Akitas, American Staffordshire Terriers, Chows, Presa Canarias, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Pit bulls, Doberman Pinchers, Wolf or Wolf Hybrids; or any mix of these.
