The bedroom boasts a Queen-size bed and large window with picturesque mountain views as well as an en-suite bathroom. A second bathroom ensures convenience and privacy for all guests. Enjoy the crisp mountain air on your private balcony, complete with seating and mountain vistas.

As a guest of Three Kings, you'll have access to a hot tub and heated pool, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. You'll have one designated parking spot, and additional guest parking is available. The unit is conveniently located on the ground floor for easy access. Aside from the slopes, this condo is conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. You'll have everything you need within reach. No pets. No smoking. First and last month's rent, as well as a $2,800.00 security deposit are required prior to moving in. Available for a MINIMUM 6-9 month lease or 12+ month lease .

UTILITIES: As part of the rental obligations, the resident will be responsible to pay: electricity, gas, phone (optional), and cable TV as well as remove snow from the deck. Water, sewer, trash, and snow removal from the walks and drive are included. The resident is required to have an active Renter's Insurance Policy during the duration of the lease. For a 12+ lease the resident(s) must obtain new Utah Driver's Licenses with the Property address listed as the primary address to satisfy Summit County Tax Requirements and must show proof of change within a specific timeframe.
