First the parking, the number of parking slots vs apartments is unbelievably disappointing. As of right now I have to park on the road and walk. I can’t even imagine what the parking will look like once the new school opens and residence won’t have anywhere to park. And every garage is taken so that’s not an option. The maintenance in building 13 is lacking. I saw a RESIDENT vacuuming the hallways. There is always trash and the windows are never cleaned. There’s been a dead spider on the wall for weeks lol. It’s almost like there’s not maintenance crew. The valet trash people, leave trash all over the floors on Thursdays and don’t pick it up.
I wish the parking could be a bit better where they wouldn’t be just garages but covered parking stalls that could be more affordable then parking garage
