Pet / Fee deposit required $500.00 ($300.00 Non-refundable) and dependent on condition after move out, Resident responsible Power and Gas. Water, Sewer, Trash is $100.00 and will need to be included with the rent of $1,595.00. The monthly HOA is paid by the management company.

- No assignment or subletting of lease
