    The property is always covered in trash. Constant noise from construction within the complex. Charged for valet trash but they never pick up my trash! Gym ice machine is broken. Office says they have free coffee but the machine is broken. Neighbors are drug dealers and it always smells. Neighbors have multiple people living in a small one bedroom apartment. Neighbors don’t use trash cans and leave sticky gunk on concrete by door. It’s very trashy and dirty for the cost. The pool is always crowded. Hardly any parking because half of the parking lot is flooded due to leaking pipes.
