You have access to everything in the home and property except owner’s closet by the entryway.

No fumbling with keys- self-check-in is available with digital keypad.

Parking is easily available on the property for 3 vehicles – 1 inside the garage and 2 in the driveway. Additional parking is available on the street.
Other things to note
Cameras: Security System: We have a Ring doorbell at the front door. The camera is used to provide an extra layer of security for guests and the property rather than intrude on privacy. It may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy. Please do not tamper with the camera.

No parties are permitted per Airbnb regulations.

Consumables: We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their own refills.

Important Note: Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am each day. Please be respectful in terms of noise.

Pets: Well-behaved cats and dogs are welcome with a non-refundable deposit ($250 per pet per stay for stays of 30 days or longer). Note PET FEE. For shorter stays, the fee is $55 per pet per stay. Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog in the backyard. Bags are provided.

For extended stays exceeding 30 days, a monthly cleaning fee of $175 will apply. This fee ensures the engagement of professional cleaners who will meticulously refresh the space every 30 days of your stay. We prioritize your comfort and satisfaction, and maintaining a clean environment enhances your overall experience during your extended visit. For extended stays, either monthly or longer, we kindly request a $500 refundable security deposit. Rest assured, this deposit will be fully returned to you upon check-out, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.

All guests will fill out a rental agreement, submit a security deposit, and upload ID to confirm the reservation. While we love dogs, we have BREED RESTRICTIONS: No whole or in part mixed breeds of any of the following: ROTTWEILER, PIT BULL, STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIER, DOBERMAN PINSCHER, AKITA, ALASKAN MALAMUTE, SIBERIAN HUSKY, WOLF BREEDS, CHOW CHOW, GREAT DANE, PRESA CANARIOS, MASTIFF.
