The median rent in Spring Hill fell by 0.5% over the course of September, and has now decreased by a total of 3.2% over the past 12 months. Spring Hill’s rent growth over the past year has has fallen behind both the state (-1.5%) and national averages (-0.8%).
Nine months into the year, rents in Spring Hill have risen 0.8%. This is a faster rate of growth compared to what the city was experiencing at this point last year: from January to September 2024 rents had decreased 3.5%.
